A few new announcements:

  1. Face masks are now optional for clients and Practioners within the clinic, as well as throughout the building. We ask that everyone respect each other’s choice regarding this, thank you.

  2. We have re-created a little reception area with two chairs so no need to stand waiting in the hallway; come on in and relax, or help yourself to the washroom key. We just ask for mindfulness of noise (ideally being silent) in the waiting area as there is a treatment room right beside you.

  3. There will be a fee increase for all Practioners effective November 15th, 2022. Our new fee schedule is as follows:

30 minutes - $90.00 (gst included)

45 minutes - $110.00 (gst included)

60 minutes - $130.00 (gst included)

  • Please note: the new fee schedule for Teressa Euley can be found under her profile.

With gratitude, skilled hands and an open heart,

~The team at Grandview~

Elizabeth’s career journey into massage and manual therapies began when she enrolled in the one-year full time Shiatsu Therapy program at Sourcepoint Shiatsu Centre, graduating in 2006. She then became registered with the Shiatsu Therapy Association of BC. Elizabeth realized a long-time goal of becoming a Registered Massage Therapist when she graduated from the Langara College RMT program in 2019. She enjoys incorporating a holistic balance of eastern medicine philosophy with western modalities into her treatments and is always seeking to discover the root cause of a person’s pain and discomfort and bring them back to harmony and balance.

Some chronic conditions she treats successfully include thoracic outlet and carpal tunnel syndromes, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, sacroiliac joint dysfunctions, tension headaches, neck/back pain, foot pain, severe muscle tension, and postural imbalances such as “head forward posture” (with associated neck/shoulder pain) and hyperlordosis of the lower back. She achieves this through applying myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, nerve decompression, neuromuscular techniques, muscle balancing (agonist/antagonist concept) and stretching. Since graduating in 2019, Elizabeth has completed several courses in advanced orthopedic assessment and treatments in sacral balancing, hip/pelvis assessment and treatment, and deep tissue techniques. She plans to enroll in the neck/thoracic/rib advanced orthopedic assessment and treatment courses, among others, in the near future. Her main passions and joy in life is helping others reach their health goals, self-improvement and personal growth. Elizabeth receives consistent positive reviews and feedback of long-lasting pain relief and also referrals from her clients to their spouses, family, coworkers and friends.

Outside the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys researching and increasing her knowledge on health topics and personal growth, quiet nature walks and hiking with friends, home workouts, meditation, yoga, off-grid living research/exploration, and being on the ocean.

Denis started his massage therapy practice in 2009 after graduating from The West Coast College of Massage. His passion for massage was born while working through his own injuries, and supporting friends and family through their physical challenges. Since becoming a therapist, Denis has worked extensively with standard and complex orthopaedic conditions, concussions, pregnancies as well as the stressors of everyday life, chronic neck, back and pelvic issues.

He strives to find daily activities that will benefit you, the client, which can also be integrated with ease. Denis’s passion for understanding his clients’ needs and exploring new models of therapy and personal training, have allowed him to find a variety of ways for clients to integrate activity into their lives.

As a Registered Massage Therapist he has combined a variety of treatment models with the base models being myofascial, deep muscle release, and cranial sacral therapy. Within this framework he continues to work with his clients to find balance between mind/body and the body’s ability to hold and release emotions. His work can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in combinations with other professional services such as physiotherapy, psychotherapy, yoga therapy, etc.

When he’s not at the clinic he is teaching Anatomy and Physiology, playing the sport of the season, or sitting back and enjoying a little time to himself.

:)

He accepts cash, etransfer, debit, visa, MC and Amex. Direct billing is only to Blue Cross.
